Hi, I am studying in private dli college in Winnipeg Manitoba. When i started, the immigration website (cic) says that diploma programs that are leading to degree are eligible for pgwp. But now, One minth before my graduation, the website updated and there is written that only degree programs are qualified. So, now I am eligible or not because I started two years ago and thats changed just a week ago ? If anyone can help me, that would be very appreciable.

Well generally private colleges do not qualify for a PGWP but without knowing the college cannot even check on this link. Unfortunately immigration rules change all the time and should not be considered commitments
