Depends if it's a scheduled or unscheduled break. If unscheduled, then it will likely be a problem for your PGWP.

Hi, I failed in one subject in my last semester(Course is Masters in Computer Science, which supposed to complete by Dec 2019) and I am planning to enroll another 1-year course starting May 2020. But I got an opportunity to complete the failed subject in my first course(masters) starting from May 2020 and will take 4 months to finish. Now I am not sure with the completion of my main course (masters) Can I eligible to get my 3-year workpermit? or its better to take and finish the second course (1-year course) and for which I will get my 1-year work permit visa?

when I ask the same question to the university members, trust me they don't have any idea for the same. So , I am requesting you guys please help me on this.

Thank you.
