work permit

I did online application for work permit. I got confirmation letter in my CIC account about approval of my work permit. Its been 3-4 weeks now but i have not received my work permit in mail. So i was checking my approval letter and noticed that address on letter is wrong. I need help about how to correct/update my address. I am trying to call CIC but they are too busy to answer. What should i do know?

Keep trying to call them!!!

Now if this doesn't work it is still possible to:
- update your address using this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-address.asp
- then request a copy of your missing WP: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certcopy.asp

However a phone call would be faster.
