Dear Sir,

I have received a job offer for 2 years contract. It is for a Harvesting Labourer.

I would like to take my spouse and 3 years old daughter with me.

What are the options we have to enter in Canada.

Whether my kid can attend school. And spouse can work.

Please suggest

This is either a C or D skill level job. This means that your spouse and daughter will not be able to accompany you to Canada - your spouse will not be able to work and your daughter will not be able to attend school here. They can apply to visit you for a short period. But again, they cannot live in Canada.

Can I ask anybody if what's the meaning of case type 53 in working permit? I am in a TFWP and I don't have any remarks in my work permit..Can I apply for PR after 24 mos.? I am under in home care giver(care for children pathway)..I am afraid that I may not eligible to apply PR because I don't have any remarks in my WP..while mostly some of tfw I know has a remarks/observations..Thank you.
