I already got a job offer from Ontario and my employer had applied for LMIA application now I don't have much time and my employer will not wait for a long time as such do suggest what will be the effective and easiest way to Immigrate to Canada as PR process will take a long time and also if I apply for work permit from India it will take around 3 months.

PR will take at least 6 months to 8 months - likely many months longer once you factor in the preparation time.

The shortest path is the work permit which requires the approved LMIA. Once the LMIA is approved, you can apply for the work permit from your home country.
