Work Permit

Hi,

My work permit already expired last Oct. 31, 2015 but I was not able to apply for extension. I still work until Nov. 15, 2015 then already stop working. My restoration of status was applied on December 2, 2015 together with my work permit renewal with the same employer. As of now my working permit is on process in CiC. Does it affect my application for work permit even if I work for 2 weeks after my permit expires? Does it also affect my application for EI?

You were working illegally for 2 weeks so anything could happen if CIC found out, ultimately will be their decision to ignore or not on any future application.

How can I work in Canada without a college degree? I'm 17 years old, I'm from Portugal and half my family is in Canada, I wanted to go to Toronto in four months, right after I turn 18. I just wanted to work on a part-time for an unqualified job, is that possible?
