If i apply online for work permit and my LMIA expires 5 of September and the decision will be after the expire date of lmia, may i enter canada after this day?(lmia expires 5 September )
After how many days from the decision i am eligible to enter?
for example cic sent me my work permit 20 of September. ...may i enter canada 1 November.
Thanks.

Sorry dear you are not allowed to enter, When your LMIA is expired but you also have a option of your extension for your Lmia visa.
Providing requirements are met, officers should issue work permits for a longer rather than a shorter duration. Where there is no reason to limit duration, officers should issue the work permit for the complete expected duration of the employment. It is in both the Department's and the client‘s best interest to minimize the number of extensions to be processed

Provided you have a valid work permit, it does no matter if your lmia on which the permit is based has expired

From EDSC Website...

The LMIA expiry date is the date by which the TFW must have applied for a work permit. If the TFW has not applied by that date, the LMIA is no longer valid and employers must apply for a new LMIA, if they still wish to hire a TFW.

The LMIA duration date is based on ESDC/Service Canada's assessment of an application for an LMIA. It identifies the recommended length of time that a work permit could be issued to a TFW without negatively impacting the Canadian labour market.

The work permit expiry date is determined by CIC when the TFW applies for a work permit. It indicates how long the TFW will be allowed to work and reside in Canada.
