Hello All,
I have a question to ask about immigration. My wife want to start job in Canada and want me to go with her to Canada. According to Canadian law, does my wife or me can apply for Canadian immigration? Kindly guide me about that process.

Apply for PR or get a job from Canadian employer.
If you or your spouse is a skilled worker, the other will be eligible for open work permit.

If not, both should get an job in Canada.
This includes the process of LMIA which is applied by employer and then you apply for work permit. As I told you above, it all starts with finding an employer.

It depends.
If her job falls under High skilled category (i.e NOC 0, A, B ), you can apply open work permit and you would be eligible to work any where.
If her job doesn't fall under these NOC's, then you cannot apply for work permit.
