Hi there,

If i take up one year diploma course then i will get one year of graduation work permit. what to do once i finish my one year graduation work permit ,does it get extended.or i have to come back to india.

yes you can extend your work permit
1st of all your employer should apply for LMO
if LMO is postive only then you can apply for work permit

if you are not able to find an employer who can apply LMO for you
then you can change your status to visitor to remian in canada
while you are on visitor visa you can find an employer who can arrange LMO for you and then apply for work permit

no PGWP does not get extended u will have to either have already applied for PR to get a bridging work permit or ur employer should process a LMO for u which is very difficult unless ur a very valued employee.
