can i apply for a work visa and work permit after my refugee case was rejected and i went back to my country but a canadian employer want to hire me by using the LMO option ,, do i have to wait and how much chance do i have? thanks

You can certainly try.

To be approved for a work visa, you must prove you have no plans to remain in Canada long term. This will be difficult for you to prove given you rejected refugee case.

If you apply for a work visa, I think the chances are very high it will be refused.

But again, you can certainly try.

thanks, but now what if my boss is given me a job in other country(chile) and he wants to take me back to canada , could hem apply for me as a sponsor?
