1. Wrong forum, Foreign Worker would have been better.
2. If you have a LMO then you can apply for a work permit overseas. I wouldn't hold out much hope that the work permit would be approved, as your refugee claim showed that it was your intention to remain permanently in Canada, so the VO will probably decide that it is unlikely that you would leave Canada when the work permit expires.
