Work Permit was rejected and also now i have tried for Business visa

Hello,

I am really upset on the Canadian Visa Processing, i have applied Work Permit visa and it was rejected. Due to the Salary was not as per the Canadian Standard. after 90 days i have applied for Business visa multi entry that also reject.

I am not able to understand, how to get the Work Permit visa for Canada.

I am applying from Chennai,India.

You need to find a job in Canada where the salary meets the Canadian standard and the employer can obtain an approved LMO.

A few questions came to my mind: did the employer have an LMO for your position? If so, how did he/she get the LMO if the wages were not in line with the regional pay scale? As Scylla said, you must find an employer who has gone through the proper procedures to try to hire locally by advertising the position for a minimum of 14 days, apply for an LMO, then offer you the job.
