Check this link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare/designated-learning-institutions-list.html You need to ascertain the following: Is the institution listed in the 'Designated Learning Institution (DLI) list? (This is a requirement even to get a Study Permit) Are both the programs PGWP eligible? Are both programs of at least 8 months duration (at least 900 hours)?' Do you maintain full-time status as a Student for all terms except the final term of study? If the answer is yes to all the questions, the Visa Officer may issue a PGWP valid for the combined duration of each course. The below link lists the various considerations of the VO. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/study-permits/post-graduation-work-permit-program/permit.html#determining
