Hi guys,
I had submitted a Visa application package including all the necessary forms docs etc., But I got a denial letter saying Visa officer was not satisfied that I meet the requirements of the IRPA act. The denial reasons, stated, were as follows -
The length of my stay would've been 3 years and I don't have any travel history. Purpose of visit was employment with an established firm in Ontario.
Can anyone help me by listing what documents exactly is the Visa officer asking for in my case?
I have marriage certificate, child birth certificate that I did not submit with my application and my spouse and child won't be accompanying me to Canada.
Is it advisable to re-apply by including these certificates? What is the success rate of re-application?
And,
How can I demonstrate that I meet the job requirement adequately?
Kindly help.
Thanks,
Samir

- You were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of your prospective employment.
- You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. In reaching this decsion I considered A) Your travel history B)Length of proposed stay in Canada C) purpose of Visit.
