Hey guys I have a closed work permit and i am in canada but the project has not started yet so i am not working right now the project starts from april 2019 but i have enough funds in my bank account. Can i apply for express entry by the time for my PR. i am getting 470 points for express entry. I have a lmia and valid job offer. and if i apply will cic call my employer also the one who is providng me the job ? please if anyone has the knowledge please reply asap.
