Hello Everyone,
I want to apply for PR, my situation is that I am employed by Singapore based company who has branches in Europe, Asia, and North America including Canada. I have been granted 2 years work permit by Canada high commision in Singapore which is valid til June '13.
I have not traveled to Canada yet (my company assigned me different projects in Europe etc) though I was also involved with the Canadian branch with various projects which resulted in profitable businesses -
I want to know can I apply for PR under CEC, considering I have been holding work permit for almost 2 years?
Please advise your thoughts. thanks
