Work permit - Timeline

Hi - my spouse’s org is processing work permit and visitor visa for me.
We gave our biometrics today and the medical was submitted 1.5 month back.
Can someone tell me what are the next steps and how long it is taking for approval nowadays . It is new for us and we got to plan a few things..

Probably from your country it will be different but I've been waiting since December 2020 for a work permit. So, don't expect anytime soon, hopefully I'm wrong but these days everything is taking long times.

I got the below result. Not sure if they are still sticking with these processing times. It could be less or more.

I'm a general practitioner from Ethiopia and i was trying to apply for work permit. If any one knows any better way of application please help.​
