Work permit through Flagpoling

I am an international student of Post Baccalaureate diploma in health care management. I came in Canada January 2023 and now my husband came to visit me as a visitor. Is it possible to get work permit for my husband by flagpoling now?

Have you graduated and are on PGWP? If not, he is not eligible as you need to be in a Masters/Phd program.

Not sure where you got that information. Many people on the forum have received refusals because they didn’t apply prior to the deadline. So if your spouse didn’t apply before the March 2024 deadline for SOWP then he is not eligible. He can try and flagpole and maybe he will get lucky. Good luck.
