work permit support letter

actually i was applied for my work permit on behalf of my MPNP but i got an email from cic to submit work permit support letter. MPNP wants my job letter and WRAPA registration from my employer. My employer already gave me job letter but they refuse to register with WRAPA. if i did not get this MPNP did not provide me work permit support letter and my work permit will be rejected. i am already on imlpied status. can some plz suggest me what can i do now.

write an email to your MPNP attaching your recent 3 months pay slip,workpermit,if you have CIC AOR or already did your medical then attach copy of your medical receipts.it might take 2-3 working days to recieve your work permit support letter and send it to cic .if your current workpermit is not expired yet then take your pnp certificate,workpermit,all the documents you have and go to your nearest boarder.

but my work permit is already expired on feb 27th 2015. :'(i am so mush depressed.
coz my company is not helping me in this i am working there from 2 years.
