Hello,
My father is applying for BC PNP — Express Entry Skilled Worker. He has a vaild job offer from the employer (without LMIA). After obtaining positive on nomination he might be able to apply for a Work Permit with the help of Work Permit Support Letter (WPSL) which is issued automatically with the BC nomination (so he will be eligible to work in Canada during the process of obtaining Permanent Residence).
Here are my questions:
1. Does WPSL exempts the employer of getting LMIA on the stage of applying for PR?
2. If not, then what should my father do after receiving nomination?
3. Does my father needs a job offer on PR stage at all (after obtaining BC nomination)?
Thank you
