I have a closed Work permit through an employer that I have been working for, for the past 1.5 years in Canada. I have recently applied for Manitoba PNP nomination about 2 months ago and awaiting the response from IRCC. However, my existing work permit is expiring in June 2024. Since my daughter's study permit is attached to my WP, I would like to extend my WP and continue to stay in Canada without any disruption to her education. what is the best way out? Kindly help.
Does my MPNP application allow me to continue to stay after the expiry date?
