Hey folks,
this year so many wp applications have been refused for the first time, and majority of the applicants PR applications are in process including myself...
i just want to read your thoughts on this issue...please share your thoughts regarding this:
- Wp refused bcz of the PNP expired letters
- wp refused bcz employer has been changed
- wp refused bcz the employer was changed after nomination
- wp refused bcz one employer applied for nomination in ONE NOC and the changed (current employer) NOC code is lower than the previous One
- wp refused bcz the applicant was on close wp and the applicants applied for open work permit
- wp refused bcz the applicants didnt provide the supporting letters
-wp refused bcz PNP was expired while the wp applicantion was in process
- wp refused bcz close wp guys cant apply for open wp
- wp refused bcz open work permit guys were not eligible for BOWP
and so on and so on.....
Please share any other friends/co-workers/roommates whose work permit has been refused for any other reasons???
Also, my Question from all the forum members is:
1- NOw that all of us are in Restoration, PNP has been expired (Province is not issuing a new PNP letter, bcz of job changed or whatever other reasons) BUT we do have our AOR, UCI and Medicals completed...Do you guys think based on our AOR, UCI, Medical we will be issued Open Work permits bcz the option was available with $100 extra fee ...
For Applicants who already have Open work permit/or PGWP?
