Hello , I have a question regarding a work permit to Canada . I am from India and having an Offer letter in hand and have some question regarding few points mentioned in the offer letter . Could someone help me check if these are true
1 .Whats Certificate Of Affidavit ? Who would issue this ?
2. It says on My arrival in Canada , the company shall Secure my work permit from Canada Immigration Services which will help me live and work ? is that how it works ? how would i be able to enter the country without a work permit

No - that's not how it works. You have to apply for the work permit before you travel to Canada. In order to apply for a work permit you need a full time job offer from an employer and also an approved LMIA.

If an agency is trying to tell you that the work permit is something the company obtains after you arrive in Canada, then you are being scammed. Hope you haven't paid them any money yet.
