WORK PERMIT PROCESSING TIME FROM NYC , USA

Hi,

Can anybody tell me how much time it will take to process Canada work permit from USA. if I submit application by end of November 2014, will I get result before May 2015?

I will be out of status in USA by may end. My employer is suggesting that it is risk to apply now. Do anybody having experience here pls guide me whether it is advisable to apply now.

I am in kind of similar situation , my company attorneys haven' t files online app with CIC yet . You should go for it and try to submit application as soon as possible preferably before nov end as after last week of nov due to holidays things will start moving only after Jan ,I assume .
My companies immigration suggested in case if i dont get result by (my max out date) , i can get my passport stamped from India .

Strongly recommend you should proceed asap .

Suppose if I don't get before I leave from US, How can I move application to India?
