Work Permit - Please guide me

Dear Friends

I am from INDIA.
My qualifications are
BCOM - As per WES equivalent to 4 year canadian BCOM
MCOM - As per WES equivalent to 1 year PG diploma

I have 5 year work experience in accounting. Salary coming in bank for last 5 years. Still working.

Husband real sister is canadian citizen.

I dont make the required score under Federal Express.
Even for PNP, you need to wait for long time.

Can anyone please guide me what is the procedure to get Work Permit for Canada?
I am vigorously applying at various job websites of Canada. My sister-in-law also helping in finding me a job.
If i find an employer who issues LMIA.

What needs to be done next?

Once you have LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit showing you are experienced to do the job and wait.
