We are a family of four who applied last April 2024. My husband is the principal applicant (work permit visa) alongside with me and our 2 kids for student visa. Last June 2024, IRCC updated via portal that the kids's medical exam were approved. Mine was approved after a month which is July 2024. After that, IRCC has stopped updating our application. What I am wondering most is the medical exam of my husband who is the principal and yet hasn't received any update on his medical exam status yet. It's been 6months, and way past the given processing time. We tried asking for an update via email and phone call but they're response is they can't locate our account. Is that even possible when in fact they updated mine and the kids status last July? Are you guys experiencing the same challenge? I hope someone can help us please.
