I just saw an advertisement from a Lawfirm in Toronto, which claims that they can get a Work Permit with No IELTS under 3 months. I like to know if anyone knows about such a program??

Me and a pal filed a complaint against a company running in a small office room who were scamming applicants looking for jobs in Canada and the scammers claim without ielts they'd get an LMIA . The scammers were from Bangladesh & Sri Lanka operating with their help of fellow folks from Canada.
The office is shut down after 2 months and this happened year ago in London, UK
