Work permit LMIA Exempt

Hi everyone,

I applied for a LMIA Exempt (C16) work permit (outland application). Here is my timeline so far:

Submitted application: October 7th 2019
AOR: October 8th 2019
Additional documents request: January 22nd 2020
AD submitted: January 27th 2020
MR: March 5th 2020
MR Submitted: April 15th 2020
Additional MR: April 22nd 2020
Additional MR (missing document) Submitted: April 22nd 2020
Medical Passed: May 19th 2020

Does anyone one what I should expect next? What is the chance of refusal at this stage of my application? I am really stressed out. This is my second time applying for it and I did not even get this far when I applied the first time.

There's always some chance of refusal until the application is finalized. However the fact a medical has been requested is usually a good sign.

Processing is slower right now due to COVID-19 so a bit difficult to guess how much longer you may be waiting.
