work permit lmia based renewal Alberta Nov 2020

hello i have question i am implied status now i applied work permit for renewal before expire my work permit with lmia confirmation number Alberta i am doing supervisor job in gas station but i heard lmia ll refuse all in Alberta
what i do now and if my work permit will refuse what about after my status and what i ll do next?
if i do get lmia from Sask can i do apply again
can you guide me about my situation

LMIAs for a list of NOCs are exempt. Check to see if your NOC is listed. Once your work permit expires, you look at changing your status to visitor and stop working. When does your permit expire? Getting a LMIA approval and then another permit takes a long time.

Ok dont know what NOC that is but is it on the exemption list? Are you eligible for a LMIA in Alberta?

So you aren’t eligible for a LMIA. When does your permit expire? Look at changing status to visitor if you want to remain in Canada

That doesn't mean you are on the list of safe LMIAs.

Did you get a new, positive LMIA? If not, how are you eligible to renew when your NOC isn’t on the exemption list.

In that time I do not have new a positive LMIA but i dont know what i ll do i am waiting my work permit answer
What i have a option ?
Do i move to other state from Alberta?
