I would appreciate if anyone can guide me through.
1. I have applied for Work Permit in Canada and the company in canada has said they have applied for LMO and it will take around 14 weeks. Is this the right days or does it take longer.
2. After the LMO is received i believe the next step is to apply for Work permit and wanted to confirm how long does the process take.
3. What type of Visa does my wife get, is it a dependent visa, read something about open work permit. Would like to throw some light on the same.
4. Once i get the work permit i can go to India and come back, till my visa is valid correct?
5. Can i apply for PR immediately i reach there or do i have to wait?
