Work Permit Implied status impact on PR application?

My work permit is currently in implied status. I applied it on paper and have proofs of payment and courier submission and delivery confirmation.

I am working on my PR application and will explain this scenario in Letter of intent , but trying to understand will there be any negative impact on my PR processing.

Please advise.
