Work Permit Implications for getting another course after a 5-month gap.

Hi Guys,
I am currently enrolled in a 1 year post graduate program in Toronto which will end in December 2020 and after this I wish to pursue one more program of one year. However, the program I wish to take is not available right after i.e. in Jan 2021 but is available in May 2021.
So, my question is that if I take the program in May 2021 with a 5-month gap, will I get a 3-year work permit after I finish that course?

The gap between your studies cannot be more than 150 days.
