I have studied for an year, i applied for my PGWP and upload all documents which was required, after 2 months i git an email to upload education degree i upload that too but due to some technical is they didn't receive it and I got refusal and asked for restoration in 90 days.
I am engaged and my fiance has a work permit in Canada, he is about to apply for his PR. Can anyone suggest me, if I do restoration i will be on visitor visa and if i apply for common low application with him, how soon can i get that and will it be helpful? than doing restoration?
