Work Permit from within Canada

I'm looking on CIC for the Work Permit Application. I came across this:

Application For Work Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM 1295)
Schedule 1 – Application for Temporary Resident Visa (IMM 5257 – Schedule 1)

Now, I am currently living in Canada on a Temporary Resident Visa awaiting my Permanent Residency to clear first stage approval, get my Accepted in Principle along with my Open Work Permit. However, I am a teacher and have a Letter of Eligibility from Manitoba which makes me eligible to teach in Manitoba. I am applying to sub near where we are living, and since I don't have an OWP, I would have to apply for a regular Work Permit.

But is there a different application when filing for a work permit within Canada? I also already have a Temporary Resident Visa, so what would I put for that schedule 1 section?
