Hi ! i have a confirmation of LMIAA , job letter , but will have to apply for a work permit from the UK , as i dont have an British citizenship . I need to find out how long is the processing time for the work permit from UK , just to retriate i am family physican relocating from UK to Canada.

If you are trying to work as an MD in Canada start your licensing application asap.

Make sure that you can practice medicine in the province that you plan to reside.
The process may take a long time. (Is that LMIA job as a MD in Canada?)

It is a 1-2 year process apparently even if licensed and practicing in the UK which is ridiculous.
