I checked online processing times for pnp baded pr are 25 months. Im in india. If i am able to secure pnp from nova scotia. Can i also apply work permit from india and go to canada while my immigration pr file is processing. Cuz i dont wanna wait 2 years for pr in india i want to start working sooner in canada
