In the work history portion of this form- as I understand it- I am to record the periods I was working, unemployed and as a student. I have lived in both Canada and the U.S. under the same period of unemployment. Since it is asking me to record location, am I to create separate entries for the same period of unemployment if the location of my unemployment changes? This would require me to make many extra pages for my work history (I moved between USA and Canada a lot during my unemployed periods).
