My Spouse (American Citizen) is with me in Canada on 'Temporary Visa' for 1 year. We have already filed application for 'Permanent Residence' which may take another 10-11 months. My question can she apply for 'Work Permit'? It's mentioned on her 'Visitor Record' while entering Canada that she is not allowed to Work or Study.
