Hello I am from Barbados.

I previously lived in Canada for 6 years, where I studied for 11th & 12th grade and completed a degree at University. However, following my graduation ( June, 2016) I left canada to do my Masters in Italy doing Luxury Brand Management ( Will be graduating this August). I would also like to note, that the only reason I left Canada to do this program in Italy is because the is not offered in Canada at a Master level.

Is it possible that I can still get a work permit if offered a job in Canada when I graduate in August?

You would have to apply for the work permit using the same process as anyone else. Your past studies in Canada unfortunately don't give you any advantages.

First you'll need to secure a full time job offer in Canada. Next, your employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA (permission to hire you). This is a long and expensive process that typically takes 3-5 months to complete. If the LMIA is approved, you can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.
