Work permit for dependant child

Hi, I am under skilled worker work permit and trying to find an answer to the following,

My son (dependant child, 20 years old) is going to finish his University Degree (Software Development) in Mexico and he has almost 1 year of experience as System Developer, want to know if there is any way I could help him to get a work permit here in Canada,

It would be possible for him to get an open work permit based on your permit, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/faq/work/work-faq09.asp but looks like it might only be if you are in Alberta or Ontario.

Hoping you could help, tried the link that you gave but gave me an error message. I am skilled worker and searching for a possible way to get my dependant but don know how. She's only 4 years and 8 months old. Please advice

If your child is under 5 years old, you are not looking for a work permit for your child. The right thing to do if you want your child to join you is apply for a TRV for your child.
