Hi again,
As a student doctor who will be training at a hospital I should be issued with a temp resident visa and work permit,
I see that the CIC says that my spouse will be entitled for an open work permit (i think this means no need for LMO) 3 years for her at home will be little too many.
3 options are there, her work permit at the embassy at the time of issuing the temp residence visa
or issue it at the airport, or issue it (change status once in Canada).
are those 3 options are still valid?
which stands the best chance?
my concern is the embassy will look at the application and dismiss it as trying to compete with Canadian work force.
thanks in advance
