Work Permit Extention resubmission

Hi,

I had aplied for an Extention of work permit with same employer through the mail. However there is a fee that my employers are required to pay based on the new policy. Do I resubmit my application in order for the fee to be paid by the employer regardless one was submitted couple months ago?

What fee do you mean? are you a live in caregiver? if its extension its 155$ only. but if its owp its 155$+100$
