Work permit Extention - LMIA

Hey,

My work permit is about to expire in mid February. My score for EE profile is 443. I'm about to complete 2 years of work experience in this December. I havent received ITA,or Ontartio PNP yet. My employer is may not help me for LMIA. Is there any chance I can extend my work permit? Is it possible to apply for close work permit with my current employer? Please help

Only way to get a closed work permit is by getting LMIA.

Not unless it's an working holiday visa etc. You have to submit an lmia and a new work permit application BEFORE your current one expires. If you don't have an answer from the lmia before it expires you will then be on implied status. You will have to wait for a response from your lmia. If your lmia is refused you have 90 days to restore your status (with a positive lmia and work visa within 90 days). Or, you apply for a visitors visa and stop working.
