Work permit extension

Hello everyone,
My work permit expired on May. I applied for a dummy extension before expiry and obtained the ‘maintained status’. On july i got ITA for PR and applied for PR and bridge open work permit. So my PR application and BOWP application are in process. So if my dummy work permit extension decision comes as rejected, can i still continue my work?
