My work permit is expiring on Aug 2, 2024. I have already applied for MPNP but there is no response yet. How can I apply for the Work Permit Extension.

Unfortunately you can’t apply for work permit extension without PNP nomination or without AOR for PR application.

Manitoba has a 2yr grace to sort out work permit extension, I think you can apply

Actually OP can . Manitoba is offering 2year grace period
