I have a question, I currently work under PGWP, my employer is currently applying for dual intention LMIA, do an employer still has to pay for employer compliance fee of $230?
or I can directly apply for work permit as soon as I have this document?
I am little bit short by time, My work visa would get expired by the time my LMIA would be approved.
Can I apply for closed work permit before my current one expired with the proof of complete LMIA application that was sent to ESDC, Canada.
I want to ensure if there are any options not to go out of status (at least be in implied status) while waiting for an LMIA to be approved. Please suggest me if there any other work permit extension options available for me.
