I have to extend my work permit which will expire in March 2020! My employer submitted another LMIA application in November 2019, I am waiting for the positive LMIA but the processing time is 120 days! Can I apply to extend my work permit while waiting for the LMIA? What should I do?

LMIAs do not always take 120 to process. Wait until the end of February and see what the status of the LMIA application is then. Do not submit the work permit extension now.
