Work Permit -Extension

This is Nikhilesh Setty, i had recently got my PG Work Permit Letter and it expires in July10-2010.So right now i am working for a "A" company which is less then 1yr old and my boss has two companies "A" and "B" , "B" company 8 years old one. My boss says we can process from B company. But right now i am getting pay checks from A. WIll it going to be any problem if i process from B. Please help and guide me.
