Right before my work permit expired I put in an application for a work permit extension. My previous permit was through the IEC as a 1 year working holiday. I have researched and on the CIC website it says I can continue working on the same conditions as my previous one as long as my extension application was submitted prior to it expiring. BUT it also says that if I am applying for another permit under different circumstances I can not work under the previous conditions and can not do any activities etc.
I am currently trying to get a provincial nomination as a skilled worker!
So does this mean I can or can not continue to work as I am still continuing as a worker rather than a student for example.
If anyone could shed some light that would be much appreciated
