I am pretty sure your employer needs to provide a new lmia for the extension.

You must make new LMIA or AINP will close you application

I know Lmo and Lmia would only help me in my case and my company wont encourage immigrants by offering to help with lmia and lmo.

Depends on the kind of job maybe but as far as I know until ainp is done you need same employer and lmia to extend the visa ?
But maybe not for all jobs. You can look it up online I am sure
